  • What are your business hours?

    Our business hours are:

    Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    Saturday 8:ooam-8:00pm

    Sunday 12:00pm-6:00pm

  • What type of photography does Chase Portraits Photography specialize in?

    Chase Portraits specializes in lifestyle portrait and event photography including wedding photography.

  • How much does it cost for a photo session?

    Prices vary based on the photo package, time commitment, type of session,and other factors.

  • Do you offer packages?

    Yes, we offer several packages for photography.

  • How do I book a portrait session?

    Take a look at the services/pricing tab. Read through the list of services. Choose a session that fits your needs.

    Inquire for more information if needed by filling out my "Contact" form.

    Fill in your details and message with potential date you like to book

    After you'll recieve a email with a contract and proposal

    Make your deposit or pay in full to secure your date and time. 

    Recieve your confirmation email and text. 

    Prepare for your photo session.

  • How many photos will I receive after a session?

    The number of photos you receive after each session varies, however, you can typically expect to receive a minimum of 5-25 edited images.

  • Do I need to bring anything to my session?

    I recommend to bring props or additional outfits to a session to help create a more dynamic photo shoot. 


    It helps build diversity in the photos when choosing your favorites.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Payment methods are carried out by invoicing and within the booking site which accepts visa, mastercard, debit and credit cards.

  • Do you offer printed photos or digitals?

    Digital images are great for social media and posting online to share with family and friends.


    However, I do highly recommend having your photos printed by one of my professional printing labs to retain the highest quality and retain that professional look for years.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    All retainer/deposits are non-refundable.

  • Do you offer "Raw" photos?

    Although I do not offer unedited Raw images. My commitment is to provide you with carefully selected and professionally edited images that showcase the best moments and capture the essence of our session together. Each photograph goes through a meticulous editing process to ensure the highest quality and consistency; for both web(social media, websites, etc) and professionally printed photos.
